About the Position:
To drive customer engagement and retention, we’re looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to ensure continued success throughout the customer lifecycle. As a member of the Marketing team, the Senior Customer Marketing Manager will be the key person for identifying customer demand generation strategies as well as tactics for effectively and consistently communicating to the Ceridian customer base. This will require the individual to have strong relationship building skills to foster the necessary collaboration with Sales to achieve overall success in the market segment and a creative approach to communicating with customers. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker that can help us create a stronger brand, improve the customer experience, and positively impact customer revenue and retention. This position is remote.
Plan, execute, and analyze marketing programs for customer segments through a variety of channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, direct mail, and account-based marketing tactics focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline.
Develop effective demand generation strategies that help to deepen account penetration and upsell the full suite of Ceridian products
Work closely with our Account Management team and arm them to be successful by creating sales enablement programs and providing expertise and programs to help them identify opportunities to sell.
Define and develop a Customer Communication Strategy – ensuring the Ceridian value proposition is consistently communicated and delivered to existing customers
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders from Marketing (e.g. to execute campaigns), Client Success (e.g. to support and align with their activities), and Product (e.g. to communicate new features and functionality, gather input to product roadmap, etc.)
Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as: in-person/virtual events, workshops, awards programs, ongoing nurture campaigns
Regularly review customer marketing activities, report successes and failures, and then recommend and implement iterative improvements (both strategic and tactical)
7-10 years of related experience, ideally in the software or technology fields, with a clear track record of measurable impact on revenue
Excellent people skills with an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude and a professional maturity suitable for a B2B environment
Experienced in building consensus, collaborating with groups to get things done.
Ability to deliver and take initiative with minimal supervision in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, changing environment.
Must be an innovative opportunity finder and creative problem solver, able to put ideas into action.
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Superior written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 30%.
