GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
Titan is on the lookout for an energetic and visionary Project Manager to enhance our team. Under the guidance of the VP of Operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a consistent ability to foster and nurture relationships with both current and potential clients. You will take a proactive, hands-on approach in collaborating with clients and staff to organize, oversee, and report on services linked to our pumping operations. Your adeptness in cultivating and sustaining positive client connections will be pivotal in delivering superior service across diverse programs.
The chosen individual will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of project controls, encompassing planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and regular progress assessments to bolster Titan’s long-term expansion. This role demands robust computer literacy, meticulous attention to detail, a constructive professional demeanor, and the capacity to thrive within a collaborative team setting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements and client needs to develop, prepare, and manage comprehensive work plans, budgets, cost projections, and detailed implementation timelines.
· Lead and oversee the project execution, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and both external and internal parties to meet project milestones and deliverables.
· Generate technical documentation, including memoranda, planning studies, and final design calculations, along with drafting plans and specifications.
· Administer project deliverables, financial plans, and schedules, upholding adherence to the company’s Quality Assurance standards and protocols.
· Compile and analyze both published and site-specific data to formulate an understanding of site conditions, effectively communicating critical site issues.
· Maintain an extensive knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
· Possess a solid grasp of relevant provincial and federal legislation, with experience in the site assessment process.
· Provide consistent and precise tracking of both incurred and projected costs, as well as completion milestones, in collaboration with the finance and operations teams.
· Sustain and enhance existing client relationships through diligent follow-up, support, problem resolution, and offering technical, regulatory, and service-oriented recommendations.
· Guarantee that all project activities are conducted in line with corporate health and safety policies and quality management systems.
· Actively participate in industry-related activities or events that involve customer interaction.
· Position requires a combination of office and fieldwork (70/30 split) in a consultatory environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry, with proven skills in planning and managing work within a multi-project, deadline-sensitive environment.
· 3-5 years experience in completions or water management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Oil & Gas service industry, and a robust network of industry contacts.
· Proficiency in developing pressure profiles and designing process flow diagrams specifically for water systems.
· Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, data management, and report generation.
· Knowledge of project management principles (such as PMI) is essential, and a PMP certification will be considered a valuable addition.
· Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is beneficial.
· Professional acumen with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
· Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume work setting.
· Exceptional technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, supported by a proactive approach.
· Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a track record of fostering collaboration across organizational levels.
· Solid decision-making skills, coupled with analytical and organizational prowess, and a consultative mindset for managing intricate client relationships.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud-based tools like Teams and Teams File Folders.
· Willingness to conduct field assessments in remote locations with challenging terrain and under extreme weather conditions.
· A dynamic business enthusiast with a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking innovative strategies to expand the client base.
· Prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
