Fantastic, because we are looking for a talented, Process Engineer specializing in manufacturing to join our dynamic team!
Position Overview
As Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our cabinetry design and manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be essential in interpreting design specifications, creating detailed component drawings, and collaborating across departments to ensure precision and efficiency in production. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of cabinetry and millwork manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do
- Interpret sales plans and elevation drawings, appliance manufacturer specifications, and other documents to create cabinet construction details
- Create component drawings in Autodesk Inventor including all specifications for manufacturing, product quoting and/or material sourcing.
- Edit production bills of materials based on the information provided and internal system requirements
- Collaborate with sales designers to ensure order accuracy
- Ensure production information is conveyed effectively, accurately and in the timeframe required
- New product development duties include: creating engineering bills of materials, creating CAD drawings for sub-assemblies, loading geometric details in BOM database, establishing parametric rules for modifying assemblies in internal sy, estimating labour requirements by work center
- Performs other duties as required.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position preferred
- Strong understanding of industry best practices in cabinetry and millwork manufacturing processes
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight schedules and operating pressures
- Strong analytical skills and systems background to effectively use software in analyzing and processing large amounts of information
- Proficiency in various software programs, including MS Office Suite, AutoCAD/Inventor.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Quick learner with a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues, develop solutions, and provide effective support to internal and external stakeholders
- Technologist Diploma, Engineering Degree, or having a related field strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications in software development, database management, or systems engineering are a plus

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
