ERSG is seeking a dedicated Tool Coordinator (TC) to support a wind site in Texas. The TC follows defined processes and procedures for safety, inventory management and documentation, with a strong focus on Construction Contractual tooling and additional tooling request. This is a long term W2 contract opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety policies and environmental containment. Participate in daily safety meetings at project site. Complete monthly safety training assignments on schedule.
- Manage end-to-end construction inventory and tooling movement transactions, including receiving site containers, conducting cycle counts, handling reconciliation of discrepancies, creation of Delivery Notes on all tool returns, and coordinating container returns.
- Establish appropriate on-site communications with customer personnel. Collaborate with technicians in execution of inventory control.
- Complete transactions in a timely and accurate manner, GRing and preforming inspections of tooling live in SAP.
- Perform administrative tasks related to site setup, including Tracking tools, communicating shortage list and tracking information.
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors’ degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experienced in working with SAP enterprise resource program software in role such as a dispatch / planner, stock keeper, technician, front desk function, and advanced forecasting and planning
- Demonstrated ability and experience in planning, logistics, scheduling and inventory control
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced PC computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP
- Approximately 90% travel required, valid driver’s license required.
Rotation: 4 days off every month with up to $500 expense reimbursement.
Compensation:
- 30 an hour + OT (1.5 rate)
- $166 per diem- 7 days a week
