Aveda Institute Winnipeg is seeking an Admissions & Enrolment Manager to drive student enrolment growth and help prospective students take the next step toward a career in beauty and wellness.
This is a performance-driven role that combines consultative sales, relationship building, and enrolment management. You will be responsible for converting inquiries into campus tours, tours into applications, and applications into enrolled students.
Success in this position comes from consistent follow-up, strong communication, effective objection handling, and the ability to build trust while guiding prospective students through an important life decision.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students
- Build relationships through phone, text, email, and in-person conversations
- Conduct campus tours and information appointments
- Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrolment process
- Consistently follow up with prospective students and parents
- Overcome objections and help students move confidently toward enrolment
- Maintain accurate records and activity within our CRM
- Participate in open houses, recruitment events, and career fairs
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to achieve enrolment goals
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, admissions, recruiting, business development, customer success, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working toward goals, targets, or performance metrics
- Comfortable making calls, following up, and asking for commitments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a CRM system is considered an asset
- Previous experience in admissions, recruiting, consultative sales, or lead conversion is considered an asset.
