Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Brewster's Mountain Lodge in Banff. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional stay for every visitor. Your contribution will help uphold our reputation for warm hospitality and high standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, lobbies, and other common areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and stored properly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
- Prior experience with industrial cleaning is a plus.
