Job Description

The Advisor I, Technical Support responds to basic and routine inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

What you’d be doing:
In your role as a Technical Service Representative, you will support people who contact us for help, you will be their human connection: friendly & attentive. You will answer questions about our client’s products and services.

We provide a 1-year training program, so you can move from Tier 1 support and increase your knowledge and experience to get to Tier 2, with each change you will see an increase in your hourly wage and incentive. We bring everyone in as an advisor and look to invest in your future with us.
