Location: Hamilton, ON
Job Type: Temporary, Contract, Temporary-to-Permanent & Permanent Opportunities
Start Date: Various – ASAP and upcoming opportunities
Schedule: Various shifts available, including days, afternoons, and nights
Qualifications:
- Previous general labour, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physical work and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and instructions
- Forklift or other equipment certifications are an asset
- WHMIS certification is an asset
Responsibilities:
General Labour and Warehouse candidates may be responsible for a variety of tasks depending on the assignment, including but not limited to:
- Loading and unloading materials, products, and shipments
- Picking, packing, sorting, and preparing orders
- Receiving and organizing inventory
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse or worksite
- Operating basic warehouse equipment and machinery as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Note: Duties, schedules, and requirements may vary depending on the specific assignment and worksite.
Experience:
- Previous experience in general labour, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics is an asset
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply for suitable opportunities
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
