Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Framer or Renovator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise framing, renovation, and finishing tasks that bring building projects to life. Your expertise will ensure structures are built to specifications, safe, and visually appealing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new constructions to restoration and remodeling efforts, all while contributing to high-quality craftsmanship.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide framing and renovation work
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Construct concrete forms and perform concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures
- Install drywall, flooring, tiles, cabinets, and other interior fixtures according to project specifications
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting, excavation, or material transport
- Perform restoration work including masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical wiring, and construction painting
- Apply caulking and sealants for weatherproofing and finishing touches on structures
- Estimate construction costs and materials needed for projects to ensure efficiency and budget adherence
Skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on framing or renovation projects
- Skilled in drywall installation, concrete forming and finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinetry
- Ability to perform masonry work, welding, plumbing, electrical work, and painting as needed
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes for project planning
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality craftsmanship

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 44.0 per week
