Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Photobooth Attendant to join our dynamic team! As an Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests by setting up and managing the photobooth, providing guidance, troubleshooting any technical issues, and ensuring that guests have a great time capturing memories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and tear down photobooth equipment before and after events.
- Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide clear instructions on how to use the photobooth.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the event to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality, being attentive to guests’ needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution and outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the photobooth area remains clean and well-maintained throughout the event.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cameras or photography equipment is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as some equipment may need to be carried or set up.
- A background in hospitality will enhance your ability to provide exceptional service.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn how to operate and troubleshoot photobooth technology.
- Must have a large SUV or similar vehicle to transport equipment to and from events.
- Willing to travel out of town for events on occasion (travel is rare but may be required).
Additional Information:
- Availability required mainly on Saturdays from 3 PM to Midnight, with shifts usually lasting around 6 hours.
- You’ll be a key part of creating a memorable experience for guests at various events such as parties, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
