Perm Position - Downtown Toronto

Our client, a specialist is commercial credit funding, is looking for a branch credit administrator to handle credit administration and reception/administrative duties.

Duties:
Monitoring financial statements, insurance policies, loan covenants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain data (accurate data entry) of financial/loan transactions and relevant information
Create a follow up system to ensure all expiring documentations is replaced with current policies.
Updating Access database on a daily/weekly basis
Monitor and track quarterly and annual credit reviews
Assist in the preparation and delivery of loan portfolio reviews
Front office reception duties including greeting visitors, handling couriers, organizing office/grocery supplies.
Organizing corporate events
Bank Deposits
Updating corporate website

Qualifications
Completed post secondary education
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel and database skills
1 – 2 years experience working with credit /loan transactions
Organized, highly detail oriented with a strong aptitude for multitasking
