- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space, ensuring it is safe for all children.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
- Ability to educate children effectively while creating an engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children of various ages.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
