Overcome Media is a performance marketing agency built for blue-collar businesses. Roofers, junk haulers, dumpster rental, lawn care, HVAC, construction. We run their Google Ads, SEO, websites, and video content, and we get them results that move the needle: more calls, more booked jobs, more revenue.
We are not a fluffy branding shop. We are direct, we move fast, and our clients are the kind of people who built their businesses with their own hands. We are growing fast, and we need someone to own our client relationships so those clients stick around, get great results, and grow with us.
What you'll do
You are the face of Overcome Media to our clients. Once a deal is closed, it is yours. You build the relationship, keep clients informed, make sure they are getting real value, and find ways to help them grow. Part relationship manager, part problem solver, part trusted advisor.
You will own a book of roughly 10 to 15 client relationships, and day to day you will:
- Be the single point of contact for your clients, from onboarding through the life of the account
- Quarterback onboarding: run the kickoff, gather what we need from the client, and drive setup to the finish line while our specialists handle the technical build
- Run proactive monthly calls to review results and keep clients confident in the work we are doing
- Translate the marketing numbers (leads, cost per lead, rankings) into what owners actually care about: booked jobs and revenue
- Spot chances to grow accounts, especially with video content, and make the pitch
- Catch client needs before they turn into problems, and route issues to the right specialist fast
- Keep every account organized and on cadence in ClickUp
What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing client relationships at an agency or service business
- Confident on the phone and on video, and proactive about it. You like talking to people
- The ability to talk to a roofer or a junk hauler like a peer. No corporate jargon, no stiffness
- A backbone. You can handle a frustrated client without folding, and you hold the line on scope and price instead of caving to keep someone happy
- A commercial instinct. You see opportunities to grow an account and you are comfortable making the ask
- Enough marketing know-how to read a report and explain it (Google Ads, SEO, paid social). You do not need to run campaigns, just understand and communicate them
- Organized and self-directed. You can run a dozen-plus accounts on a consistent cadence without dropping balls

- You have worked with home service or local service businesses before
- You know call tracking tools like WhatConverts or CallRail
- You have carried a retention or upsell number before
- You have used GoHighLevel or a similar CRM

Pay: $2,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
