The Miner’s Daughter is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.
This is an important role in keeping our restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things clean.
Responsibilities include:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe
- Return clean dishes and equipment to their proper locations
- Empty garbage and recycling as required
- Sweep and mop floors
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning
- Keep up with dishes during busy meal periods
- Help maintain proper sanitation and food-safety standards
- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties
- Help the team wherever needed during busy periods
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry typical kitchen items
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willing to take initiative and stay productive
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Experience is not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
