About Project Manager:
As a member of the Operational Excellence team, the incumbent will interact transversally with different groups within the company. He will be called upon to manage cross-functional corporate projects such as the improvement of internal processes, the implementation of new management tools or technological solutions, the optimization of existing solutions, business data architecture or technology migration. enterprise-wide.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Understand, formulate and communicate project objectives in relation to business objectives;
Act as a liaison between the various project groups and stakeholders (internal and external);
Analyze the current situation and recommend a project sequence;
Examine the impact on corporate objectives and lines of business and recommend the best approach to achieve our corporate objectives;
Identify and bring together the stakeholders and expertise needed to ensure the delivery of projects;
Be aware of projects already underway and understand their dependencies;
Coordinate multidisciplinary dependencies;
Formulate, organize and monitor interconnected projects;
Review, document and optimize relevant processes;
Identify risks and lead stakeholders in identifying and implementing contingency plans;
Ensure change management related to the projects undertaken;
Oversee and/or develop the change management process, impact analyzes and associated action plans;
Provide visibility to stakeholders on the progress and issues related to projects;
Support a governance system that promotes decision-making and sound project management;
Act as a facilitator, seek effective solutions, coordinate experts' efforts and participate in content as appropriate;
Contribute to the development of expertise and the implementation of best practices in project management within the organization;
Ensure that the project progresses and ends according to the planned objectives;
Develop professional relationships based on trust and credibility to influence decision-making.

The profile we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage business and technology projects and possess excellent communication and change management skills.

You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or information technology
You have more than 5 years of experience in similar functions
You are bilingual (English and French - both spoken and written) in order to be able to collaborate with employees in all provinces of Canada
You have advanced knowledge of Office suite software, more specifically Excel and Visio
You have a certification in project management (asset)
You are a results-oriented person with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
You have a spirit of analysis and synthesis
You have great problem-solving skills
You work well in a team
You can understand the operational reality of customers
You are a skilled communicator
