We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy meeting homeowners, and have experience in the roofing industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers through door-to-door canvassing and networking in assigned neighborhoods.
- Meet with homeowners to assess their roofing and exterior needs.
- Prepare and present estimates and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage customer information and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required.
- Previous roofing sales experience is required.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Fluent in English.
