We’re looking for a driven, hyper organized and accountable individual who loves being a part of a fast paced, dynamic, high functioning team. S/he understands how to lead by example and direct by influence and partnership. The Project Manager is instrumental in leading project timelines, developing documentation and maintaining budgets to assist in the delivery of projects, campaigns and creative assets that enhance our brand and customer experience both online and in the real world. It is recognized that this can only be accomplished through the efforts of the people and therefore it is critical that this role work professionally and collaboratively to create and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners. This position is responsible for identifying any issues and risks that may compromise project timelines, budget, resources, deliverables or quality.

To be successful, you’ll need to possess:
  • University degree in business or marketing-related field
  • Relevant digital & media experience in a brand marketing and/or agency role
  • PMO Designation or equivalent
  • Ability to use Microsoft Project, or equivalent, MS Office, Keynote, etc
  • Strong planning, communication, influencing, negotiating and conflict management skills
  • Innovative problem solving skills, developing financial skills and controls to provide good business solutions
  • Excellent understanding of trends in advertising, retail environments and marketing industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive cross-department relationships to attain collaborative solutions
  • Ability to motivate individuals and teams
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment
  • Ability to identify, negotiate and manage resources in the plan.
  • Sound knowledge of and ability to apply project management tools & techniques methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high level of emotional intelligence and self awareness
  • Strong demonstrated professionalism and judgment
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills and time management.
  • Solid communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong collaborator that builds and maintains business relationships
  • Apparel/retail industry experience preferred
  • A clear and concise communicator
  • Highly capable of juggling work priorities and deliverables with a flexible and can-do approach, while maintaining a high level of accountability.

Timeline & Resource Management
  • Proactively coordinate and manage project schedule ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget, schedule and quality targets
  • Act as a central hub for the assignment and management of projects to assist creative and marketing teams hit objectives and timelines.
  • Modify approach and re-prioritize actions in response to unanticipated challenges
  • Ensure contingency is built into plan by addressing alternate resource requirements, reviewing project tasks and making adjustments accordingly.
  • Manage the resource plan to ensure the project has the right resources at the right time
  • Report on key project milestones and prepare status reports for project sponsor
  • Provide manage budgets and provide input into their development
  • Responsible to ensure tasks are completed to deliver to the plan accountabilities by timely addressing encountered obstacles and taking corrective action to meet required deadlines.
  • Responsible for assisting resourcing project staff (indirect), and developing, motivating, coaching, advising and managing the project team.
  • Identify and communicate risks to the stakeholders that may impact the project plan
  • Participate in the development and adoption of project objectives
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed of current status and progress of projects
  • Create documentation to share across the business to address inputs required from across the business
  • Establish a common system of templates and formats to bring consistency in process
  • Develop playbooks as projects are executed to ensure consistency in future execution
  • Lead post execution review process to ensure team is always learning and executing at a higher level
Relation Management
  • Build and maintain relationships across the project and the broader organization to ensure alignment and efficiency of project resources and approaches
  • Encourage a collaborative work environment through knowledge transfer, creation and maintaining of strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Liaison between project team, project sponsor and client group to establish mutual trust, credibility and cooperation
  • Provide input into vendor negotiations and manage vendor within defined contract parameters
  • Connect with external partners to coordinate and ensure appropriate approvals and input are shared within established timelines and deadlines
Production Assistance
  • Assist with the production of photoshoots including the sourcing of permits, coordination of travel and models
  • Ensure photoshoots are executed with maximum efficiency and attention to detail
  • Creation and approval of budgets and expense management throughout the process.
  • Assist on set with coordination and general support when required.
