Position: We are currently seeking an experienced Shipperand Receiver to join our high performing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate shipment and receipt of goods, contributing to the efficiency and success of the operations.

Job Responsibilities:
· Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders and inspect for damage and defects.
· Organize and identify received materials for easy identification and storage.
· Prepare outgoing shipment by packing, labeling and loading items onto trucks or other transportation vehicles.
· Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
· Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers and internal team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
· Adhere to safety protocols and regulation to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
· Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment and yard organization.
· Help production with molds and other materials movements inside and outside of the building.
· Help production with demold vessels and mold switching.
· Organize stock in the yard.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
· High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or certificate in logistics and supply chain management is considered an asset.
· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
· Strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures, including knowledge of carrier regulations and shipping documents domestic and international.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
· Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management software and MS Suite.
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand and bend.
· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
· Experience in shipping large size load is a plus but not required.
