We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working out of our Head Office in Mississauga, Ontario.
Happy customers means we have provided excellent customer service and it’s something we strive for at Forcefield Canada. As a valued member of our customer service team, you will deliver this type of excellent service and provide solutions to our customers.
Things you are good at:
· Answer in-bound calls from customers in a professional, clear and courteous manner.
· Ensure customer requests are handled to completion in a timely fashion
· Manage the day-to-day relationships of customers
· Respond to customer product inquiries
· Contribute to a positive working environment
· Liaise between customers, sales representatives and management
· Data entry of orders into order system and ensure orders are shipped on time
· Be knowledgeable of company products and policies and procedures
Requirements:
· Excellent English communication skills is a necessity as well as French
· 1 year or more customer service experience
· Preferred post-secondary education
· Computer literacy
· Excellent problem solving abilities and detail oriented
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Comfortable and proficient with math
· Able to learn quickly and maintain a high-level of product knowledge
· Able to work cooperatively in a team environment
· Takes initiative - acts and preemptively solves problems
· Flexibility - adapts to different challenges and enjoys multi-tasking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
