Change Management Specialist - this position offers a hybrid work environment up to 50% of the time.
Under the direction of the Director, Talent and Change Management, the Change Management Specialist will develop and implement change management plans, tools, and deliverables for assigned project to increase project success and business benefits, including risk assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, coordination and evaluation.
Develop and implement a change management plan for assigned projects, including risk/impact/user readiness assessment, mitigation strategies, roadmap, communication plan, stakeholder engagement plan, and integration with overall project plan to improve change success, user adoption, and business benefits.
Engage and guide key stakeholders (e.g. executive sponsors, change champions) to lead and support adoption of the change.
Support the development and implementation of a communication plan to build awareness, understanding, and buy-in of the change.
Supports stakeholders to adapt to the change, through implementation of activities such as training and building change resiliency initiatives.
Coordinates logistics, training, and project management of other components of the change.
Evaluate and report on change adoption, project success, business benefits, and other identified metrics
Serve as a champion and subject-matter expert for the use of change management best practices across the organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of how people go though a change and the change process, experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools and experience with large scale organizational change efforts. Other skills and abilities include:
Working knowledge of Prosci® is an asset
