PERSONAL TRAINER / FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

The Warehouse is looking for a motivated, outgoing and hardworking individual to join our team.
This is NOT just a front desk position.
At The Warehouse, all trainers begin by learning the operations, culture and community of the gym through front desk responsibilities before transitioning into a full-time personal training role.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has personal training certification OR is currently completing one
- Understands gym culture and community
- Is comfortable talking to people and building relationships
- Is hungry to grow a client roster
- Works hard without needing to be micromanaged
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organization and professionalism
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front desk/customer service
- Touring and signing up new members
- Outreach and lead follow-up
- Sales and membership support
- Cleaning and maintaining gym standards
- Assisting with gym events/community involvement
- Building your personal training clientele while learning the business

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
