Pay & Perks

What You’ll Be Doing
- Moving furniture, boxes, and household items safely
- Wrapping and protecting furniture
- Loading/unloading trucks efficiently
- Working closely with your team to complete jobs
- Providing a great customer experience on every move
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual (this is VERY important)
- Good attitude and team player
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Able to work long/active days when needed
- Comfortable working in different teams day-to-day
Drivers (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (strong asset)
- Experience driving 16–20 ft trucks is a plus
- Opportunity to become a team lead with higher pay
Experience
- Moving experience = bonus (not required)
- We will train the right people

Tâches principales
- Déménager meubles, boîtes et effets personnels de façon sécuritaire
- Emballer et protéger les meubles
- Charger et décharger les camions efficacement
- Travailler en équipe pour compléter les déménagements
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle à chaque client
Profil recherché
- Fiable et ponctuel (TRÈS important)
- Bonne attitude et esprit d’équipe
- En bonne forme physique, capable de soulever des charges lourdes
- Capable de travailler de longues journées actives au besoin
- À l’aise de travailler avec différentes équipes selon les journées
Chauffeurs (atout)
- Permis de conduire valide (atout important)
- Expérience avec camions de 16 à 20 pieds (un plus)
- Possibilité de devenir chef d’équipe avec salaire plus élevé
Expérience
- Expérience en déménagement = un atout (non obligatoire)
- Formation offerte aux bons candidats
