Automotive Reconditioning Technician (Earn $300–$600/Day)
We’re a growing automotive reconditioning company working with local dealerships, and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join our crew.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for motivated individuals.
Pay Structure:
- Training: $200/day
- Transition phase: Base pay + per car bonuses
- Full production: $100 per car
Most team members earn:
- $300–$400/day consistently
- Top performers can earn $400+/day
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cleaning and reconditioning vehicles for dealership delivery
- Scratch and Chip Repair
- Working efficiently while maintaining quality standards
What We Expect:
- Ability to reach 3–4 vehicles per day once trained
- Consistency and reliability (showing up matters here)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work at a steady, physical pace
