Store Manager – Health, Wellness & Supplements
We’re looking for a Store Manager who knows health and wellness, loves people, and knows how to lead a team.
This is not just a retail management position. We want someone who can have a genuine conversation with a customer, understand what they’re looking for, and confidently speak about supplements, nutrition, fitness and wellness without simply reading the back of a bottle.
Just as important: you need to be personable. Our customers should feel comfortable asking questions, our team should enjoy coming to work, and you should be someone who naturally brings good energy into the store.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the store
- Creating an exceptional, welcoming customer experience
- Hiring, training and supporting a strong team
- Driving sales without creating a pushy sales environment
- Merchandising, inventory, ordering and product organization
- Managing schedules, payroll and basic store administration
- Helping execute promotions, events and local marketing
- Setting expectations, holding your team accountable and leading by example
- Keeping the store organized, professional and running smoothly
What we're looking for:
A strong working knowledge of health, wellness, fitness and supplements is a requirement for this position. You don't need to know every product on day one, but you should already understand the industry and be genuinely interested in continuing to learn.
You should also be:
- Warm, outgoing and comfortable talking to all kinds of people
- Confident without being pushy
- Reliable, organized and able to take ownership
- A strong communicator and team leader
- Comfortable with sales and motivated by store growth
- Able to handle problems without creating drama
- Experienced in retail, management or a similar leadership role
Above all, we're looking for someone who gets people. Product knowledge can always grow, but personality, initiative and the ability to make customers want to come back are a huge part of what will make someone successful here.
