Good Fork is looking for an experienced, organized, and reliable line cook to join our team for brunch service. This is a full-time position with consistent daytime hours. Weekend availability is required.
About Us
We are an independently owned neighbourhood restaurant serving unique, seasonal dishes inspired by Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Our kitchen is a small, dedicated team that values collaboration, creativity, and a respectful, supportive work environment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment
- Assisting with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
- Supporting daily kitchen operations, including cleaning and basic equipment maintenance

- Experience in a fast-paced brunch or breakfast service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- A genuine interest in food and seasonal cooking
