River House Restaurant, Pub and Marina in Ladner/Delta is searching for an experienced & creative Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. We offer a fabulous setting with views from the line of our Marina, competitive salary and many benefits.

We are looking for a team player who has the necessary skills and talents to build our business even more than we have utilizing our long-term seasoned kitchen crew.

Qualifications:

- Proven Culinary Skills with accreditation (a mix of career accomplishments peppered with culinary courses will be considered)

- Team player and terrific people manager

- Creative talent

- Food Safe Level 1 & 2

Additional abilities, however, not a prerequisite:

- Familiar with Optimum Control
