Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented LEAD House Cleaner to provide exceptional residential cleaning services. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients' homes, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Candidates should be fluent in English, with French language skills considered an asset. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to achieve high standards of cleanliness
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare light meals or snacks as requested by clients, demonstrating basic cooking skills when needed
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning tools are properly stored after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and needs
- Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, respectful, and attentive to detail
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Uphold hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to perform light physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and performing repetitive motions
- Experience with laundry services and basic cooking is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability with good time management and punctuality
- Customer service experience is beneficial for ensuring client satisfaction
