Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Video Producer to lead the creation of compelling visual content that engages audiences and elevates our brand. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire video production process—from conceptualization and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery—ensuring high-quality, impactful videos that resonate across multiple platforms. Your expertise in multimedia tools and storytelling will help us communicate our message effectively, inspiring viewers and driving engagement.
Duties
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with project goals, ensuring clear communication of ideas through visual storytelling.
- Manage all phases of video production, including planning, filming, editing, and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, translating them into engaging video content.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing footage, adding effects, color correction, sound design, and finalizing videos for various channels.
- Design graphics and visual elements using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance video presentations.
- Coordinate bilingual translations and interpretations when creating content for diverse audiences to ensure clarity and cultural relevance.
- Maintain organized project files, schedules, and budgets while adhering to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing; experience with Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus—fluency in multiple languages enhances content reach and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently across teams.
- Strong writing skills for scripting, storyboarding, and producing engaging narratives.
- Ability to interpret project requirements accurately and translate them into compelling visual stories.
- Experience with translation or interpretation services to adapt content for diverse audiences is advantageous.
- Knowledge of current video production trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure innovative outputs.
