Reports to: Dealer Experience Team Leader
The Logistics Services Coordinator will be responsible for cultivating, building, and maintaining positive customer relationships by responding to all logistics support communications in a professional manner. This role ensures that all freight claims and short shipments are addressed and resolved with the carriers. Document all communications in our CRM. Responsible for achieving individual KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints pertaining to customer shipments.
- Contact customer in a professional manner to address any shipment issues.
- Record customer activities in an ERP and CRM database to document activities and facilitate product return as required.
- Identify issues or improvements to current processes.
- Process call tags and RMAs for product returns as required.
- Proactively contact customers to advise of shipping delays.
- Investigate the shipment issues ensuring invoicing and packing lists are accurate.
- Submit freight claim information to third party for processing.
- Handle manual allocations and potential credit approval for replacement orders.
- Track and trend monthly analysis of all issues for improvement plans.
- Comply with company policies, applicable legislation and health & safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or 4 years’ equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Software), ERP or MRP.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
