Community is looking for an Account Supervisor – Real Estate Marketing to join our creative crew!
Position Overview:
The Account Supervisor plays a key role in leading high-impact client relationships and complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives within the real estate space. This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, project execution, and creative development—ensuring work is delivered to a consistently high standard while driving measurable business outcomes.
As a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, the Account Supervisor brings a strategic lens to every brief, proactively identifies opportunities for growth, and ensures seamless execution across multiple workstreams. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and is confident leading conversations, solving problems, and elevating the quality of work across the board.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
· Act as the day-to-day lead on client relationships, building trust and confidence through strategic guidance
· Translate client needs, market dynamics, and business goals into clear direction for internal teams
· Proactively identify opportunities to elevate work and grow accounts beyond the immediate brief
· Manage expectations and ensure all work is delivered with a high level of quality and consistency
Strategy & Account Growth
· Develop and support go-to-market strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes
· Maintain visibility into broader client priorities, ensuring work ladders up to long-term goals
· Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early, and partner with senior leadership to course correct
· Contribute to account growth by bringing forward new ideas, initiatives, and services
Project & Account Management
· Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tightly managed
· Lead critical paths across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
· Keep projects moving forward with clarity and structure, while adapting to shifting priorities as needed
· Apply relevant market trends and insights within real estate to strengthen project outcomes
Creative & Brand Leadership
· Collaborate with senior leadership and creative teams to shape briefs, campaign direction, and go-to-market approaches
· Contribute to the development of thoughtful, high-impact creative grounded in strategy
· Confidently present work to clients, clearly articulating rationale and recommendations
· Maintain a strong attention to detail across all outputs, from presentations to final creative assets
Team Leadership & Collaboration
· Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior team members, helping elevate both work and process
· Act as a key point of escalation, proactively solving problems and unblocking the team
· Step into broader team responsibilities as needed, including supporting leadership coverage
· Foster a collaborative, positive team environment that keeps work moving forward
Qualifications
· 5–7+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or agency environments, with direct experience in real estate marketing or working on real estate developments (required)
· Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel projects and manage high-profile client relationships
· Strong capability in go-to-market strategy, brand development, and integrated campaign execution
· Excellent client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
· High attention to detail across creative, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
· Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
· Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends, and how to apply them to marketing strategy

Salary: The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Actual base pay offered within this range may differ based on a range of factors, including individual experience, education, skills, and organizational needs.

Pay: $70,000.00-$124,657.24 per year
