Senior Executive Communications Lead is a senior level position responsible for executive reporting activities to support requirements that include but not limited to SteerCo presentations, ExCo presentations, and Regulatory/Compliance decks for internal and external requirements, Monthly Business Forums, and Executive/Stakeholder weekly, monthly and quarterly forums. May manage ad hoc projects as requested. The role will also oversee creation materials for town halls, site meetings, newsletters, website content and staff meetings.
Responsibilities:

Lead the executive/governance reporting efforts and key initiative reporting to senior management and business stakeholders across ISG Olympus Data Fabric organization globally

Lead senior management and business communications providing detailed and regular executive reporting, coordinating regular forums and meeting councils

The role requires exceptional power point and excel skills, an understanding of how to synthesize large amount of data into an executive view and experience producing high quality executive decks (preferably for technology organizations).

Responsible for production for weekly, monthly and quarterly pattern reporting designed to successful delivery and to highlight any indication of program and project obstacles

Maintenance and further enhancement of reports based on understanding of stakeholder and regulatory requirements

There is also a need to maintain a library of reusable data, so maintaining internal executive updated materials is required.

Liaising with multiple departments including business, compliance and financial controls to resolve reporting issues

Update and capture regular metrics to monitor and measure business impact and coordinate the executive report outputs with the senior technology management team

Drive productivity/cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team

Participate in projects to implement any new or changing PMO or client reporting requirements and enhancing the reporting system infrastructure.

Coordinate controls and standardization among different lines of business to create consistence reporting
Qualifications:

Extensive years of work experience in executive management reporting
-
Extensive experience as a Business Analyst
-
Data driven, high level of attention to detail required
-
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills required
-
Experience in governance reporting/project management preferred
-
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS office products
-
Strong planning skills, effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
