Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their style and fashion needs
- Offer personalized recommendations and advice
- Achieve sale goals and build lasting client relationships
- Assist customers in finding the right sizes, colors, and styles that suit their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members and achieve set goals
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and merchandise
- Strong sense in style and fashion
- Must be comfortable working in a sales environment
