Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in improving their physical health and mobility. Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and medical history reviews
- Design and implement personalized treatment programs aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving functional ability
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience working in hospital settings, with a preference for candidates experienced in acute care environments
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles, medical terminology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work empathetically with diverse patient populations across different age groups
