Supported by our Customer Experience team, our community of Independent Care Providers delivers exceptional service to clients throughout Manitoba based on their individual needs.
On behalf of a client, we are urgently seeking a compassionate caregiver to support an elderly couple in their home in Winnipeg. The client’s mother is receiving palliative care and requires assistance with daily personal care. The father also needs general home support. The family primarily communicates in Tagalog (Filipino), so the ability to communicate in Tagalog is strongly preferred to ensure comfort and effective communication.
Care Possible is not an employer, the role would be as an Independent Care Provider meaning you and your client(s) will agree on schedules and rates of pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene routines and activities of daily living
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Provide assistance with administering medications
- Provide companionship and maintain safe, respectful and engaging environment
- Communicate effectively with the client and family
- Support & accompany with walking, physical activity and exercise
Requirements:
- Caregivers who speak Tagalog (Filipino) are encouraged to apply
- Because this is an immediate opportunity, recent background checks are strongly encouraged
- Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Certified health care aides and experienced care providers are encouraged to apply.
Schedule Requested:
- Monday- Friday starting 7:00 AM and onwards for 4 hours
