Quaker Hill Pharmacy + Clinic has launched a new multidisciplinary clinic led by experienced physicians and healthcare professionals. We are seeking an experienced Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team on a part-time contractor basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner who is looking to grow their practice within a professional healthcare setting with an existing patient base, internal referral opportunities, and clinic-supported marketing.

You are looking for a flexible part-time opportunity where you can benefit from an existing patient base, reception and billing support, direct billing, marketing support, and referrals from a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered massage therapy treatments
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform soft tissue and manual therapy techniques based on patient goals and clinical presentation
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, self-care, and ongoing wellness strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally with patients, clinic staff, and other healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team where appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Deliver a professional and positive patient experience
Qualifications
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour
Experience:
- Massage Therapy: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- license to practice Massage Therapy in Ontario (preferred)
