We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Granite Quartz Dekton / Granite Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality countertops made from granite, quartz, Dekton, and other natural or engineered stone materials. Your expertise will ensure precise, durable, and visually stunning installations that meet our clients’ expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, showcasing craftsmanship and attention to detail while contributing to beautiful, functional spaces.
Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper fit for countertop placement.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install countertops with precision.
- Handle materials such as granite, quartz, Dekton, drywall, and flooring components during installation.
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure watertight and airtight finishes.
- Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain safety standards.
- Perform restoration or repair work on existing installations as needed, including construction painting or plumbing adjustments.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on countertop or surface installation.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and general construction practices.
- Knowledge of caulking, sealing techniques, plumbing basics, welding (preferred), and restoration processes.
- Experience working with schematics or technical instructions for complex projects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality results.
