You won't just sell vehicles—you'll build real relationships, solve customer needs, and occasionally explain for the tenth time how to pair a phone to Ford SYNC®. We provide full training on Ford’s tech, a transparent culture, and a solid platform to maximize your earnings.What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Drinking Coffee):Customer Engagement: Welcoming showroom guests, tackling inbound leads, and networking locally (yes, talking to people counts as work here!).Product Expertise: Showing off "Built Ford Tough" capabilities, safety features, and test-driving awesome rides.Deal Structuring: Working transparently with customers and finance to negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing without the head-scratching.Relationship Building: Delivering top-tier service before, during, and way after the sale to turn buyers into lifelong friends.CRM Management: Keeping customer records neat and tidy in our CRM (no sticky notes lost under the couch).Value-Added Selling: Helping clients protect their new baby with warranties, service plans, and sweet Ford accessories.Teamwork: Teaming up with sales, finance, and service to smash monthly targets and keep the good vibes rolling.What We’re Looking For:Sales Experience: Auto sales experience is a huge plus, but if you’ve crushed it in retail, hospitality, or B2B sales, we want to talk!People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, great phone etiquette, and the ability to make friends fast.Drive: A strong work ethic and the desire to hit goals.Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools and showing off cool dashboard tech.The Basics: Professional vibe, positive attitude, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no street-racing history, please!).Why Westline Ford?Because you deserve a team that values integrity, growth, and community.
