Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, customer satisfaction, and working in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately, upsell menu items when appropriate, and handle cashier responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food plating, packaging, and delivery of orders to ensure timely service
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with kitchen organization
- Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with cashiering, food handling, and basic math skills will enhance performance in this role
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Prior experience in the food industry or serving roles will be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
