Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator who must be knowledgeable with Mozaik Programming to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and will be responsible for producing precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to manufacture components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
- Utilize CAD software, Mozaik, for programming and design modifications.
- Perform CNC programming and setup, including the use of Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined parts.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members in assembly processes and packaging of finished products.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials in the warehouse environment.
Skills
- Proficient in CNC programming and operation, with experience in CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and machining principles.
- Experience using hand tools, basic math skills for measurements, and quality control practices.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, along with forklift operation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly techniques and packaging requirements.
