Warehouse Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience and a proven ability to manage large volumes of freight in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
This is a hands-on management position for someone who is organized, dependable, decisive, and capable of working independently. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for ensuring that freight moves efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining productivity, accuracy, safety, and organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
- Oversee the receiving, processing, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of large volumes of freight
- Plan and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and operational requirements
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff
- Assign daily tasks and ensure employees remain productive and accountable
- Monitor freight flow and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
- Ensure accuracy and minimize shipping, receiving, and inventory errors
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling according to operational demands
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
- Work independently and make effective decisions without constant supervision
- Maintain high productivity during periods of heavy volume and significant time pressure
- Ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed
- Assist with hands-on warehouse duties when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
- Demonstrated experience handling very large volumes of freight
- Strong leadership and staff-management abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-stress environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Reliable, energetic, and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer proficiency and experience with warehouse/inventory systems is an asset
- Experience in retail distribution, logistics, or high-volume operations is an asset

The successful candidate will be actively involved in the warehouse operation, physically capable and must be comfortable taking charge, setting priorities, and ensuring the team gets the job done efficiently and on time.
We are looking for someone interested in a long-term, permanent position who takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong leadership, and can be relied upon to independently manage the warehouse operation.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
