About the Employer Advantage Program:
The Employer Advantage Program works directly with employers to provide 1:1 support, guiding them through employment services and connecting them with the right resources. Our Employer Advantage Consultants provide employers with practical support, including HR tools, templates, and expert advice on hiring, workplace policies, and leadership development.
What You Bring:
Program Manager: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with employers in workforce, training, human services or employment related programs. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management/leadership role. Current local, regional and provincial Labour Market knowledge. Proven communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Class 5 or higher driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Employer Advantage Consultants: At least 2 years’ experience in employer services, recruitment, workforce development, HR or B2B relationship roles. Post-secondary education in workforce development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A strong understanding of labour market trends and employer hiring practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Class 5 or higher driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Marketing/Administrative Assistants: Diploma in office administration or high school diploma with two years’ experience in administration. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and database management. Social media experience is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication. Superior customer service skills. Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry.
Digital Support Technician: A diploma or degree in information technology, web development, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in online systems management and technical support. Strong problem-solving skills. A working knowledge of current web technologies. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both colleagues and employers.
Content Developer: Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, journalism, digital media, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in content creation for web and social platforms. Strong writing and editing skills. Experience translating complex information into plain language resources. Working knowledge of content management systems and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar). Familiarity with inclusive employment or workforce development contexts is an asset. Able to manage multiple deadlines, take initiative, and work independently while staying aligned with program goals and audience needs. Strong problem-solving skills.
