Job Description:
As a Warehouse Production Associate, you will help prepare customer orders and promotional packaging for distribution. This hands-on role includes assembling displays, inspecting products, packaging finished goods, and supporting daily production goals in a refrigerated environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assemble, inspect, and package products according to quality and production standards
-Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-Follow safety, food handling, and company procedures
-Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
-Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 4°C) and stand for extended periods performing repetitive tasks
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
-Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn
-Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
-Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to travel to Mississauga and Brampton, ON
