What is this job about?
We’re now hiring for the role of Remote High Volume Recruiter. In this position you will support the hiring needs of the various campaigns/departments in Sutherland across North America. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing requisitions, consulting with hiring managers, and developing a unique hiring strategy that will aid in hiring quality employees. This individual will also select appropriate assessments, review assessments, prescreen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is a DYNAMIC and RESULTS DRIVIN individual with a solid background in High Volume Recruitment (50+ hires per month).
This is a limited-term employment opportunity, averaging 40 hours per week. Contract will be approximately 4-6 months with a possibility of transitioning to full time.

What would you be doing?
Be responsible for executing and driving new and existing recruitment initiatives
Conduct detailed screenings of potential candidates, including interviews, testing and background checks.
Source qualified candidates through: Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) & job boards
Evaluate current trends, competitive activity, economic factors and changes in the market segments and translate that knowledge into definitive and actionable strategy plans
Be able to build long-term and trusting business relationships with placed and proactive candidates for future placements.
Act as primary liaison to hiring managers for key initiatives/strategies and pro-actively inform them on significant changes to and/or performance against strategies
Keep management informed of ongoing recruitment activities through daily entries into ATS and weekly recruiter reports
Be a Brand Ambassador and thrive at pitching our story to candidates and the community
Hold yourself and others accountable to creating and ensuring the best candidate experience
Roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help out the team when the need arises
How do you know if you are the right fit for this job?
Bachelor s Degree
3+ years in high volume recruitment experience
Full life-cycle experience in a fast-paced environment recruiting for growing organizations
Proven success delivering recruiting results individually or as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment.
A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team
In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources
An interest and desire to learn our industry inside & out (you must be curious, driven and passionate about what we do and why we do it)
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically
Strong administrative and computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
Willingness and ability to travel internationally (20% of the time)
