Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our North Vancouver office. This position is responsible for the professional and efficient servicing of all telephone and walk-in customers and is considered the Company’s front line contact with the customer. Persons occupying this position must display a courteous, helpful and professional attitude at all times and have the ability to begin multiple tasks simultaneously and see them through to a finish.
Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative
- Accept and process customer telephone, fax, e-mail or walk-in orders while providing exceptional customer service in order to meet sales support objectives
- Provide price quotes on stock items and work with purchasing and sales departments to facilitate price quotes for non-stock items
- Assist customers with problems, which include delivery estimates, lost orders, price adjustments etc.
- Track orders and manage back orders for customers and account managers to assist in timely customer receipt of product.
- Worth with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of product
- Communicate customer-related information, opportunities and problems to account managers.
- Manage and develop Amazon.ca sales process including adding SKU’s, managing customer inquiries, updating pricing and confirming purchase orders

- Great at simple mathematics, and know the difference between mark-up and margin
- An excellent communicator, negotiator, and you enjoy dealing with people
- A self motivated individual; flexible and adaptable
- A great team player, and are genuinely happy helping others, even when it doesn’t benefit you directly
- Interested to learn about how filtration works and its importance to the economy
Preference Given to Candidates that:
- Are proficient in the Microsoft Office package with emphasis in Excel
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have sales/customer service experience
- Worked with Sage 300 or other ERP software
- Worked with CRM software
- Completed Post-Secondary Education
- Are knowledgeable in filtration or automotive/heavy duty equipment
Compensation:
- Base Salary – will be based on experience
