Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our tile sales showroom team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the tile selection process, and driving sales to achieve showroom targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences for tile products.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the various tile products, including materials, designs, and applications, to effectively educate customers.
- Sales Support: Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to closing the sale, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing, including restocking displays and ensuring cleanliness.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- ERP system: Enter and maintain sales orders in Infor.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through proactive selling strategies and customer engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to enhance overall showroom performance and share product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales in tiles is REQUIRED.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Passion for design and home improvement is a plus.
