We are actively seeking a Cloud Consultant to join our Cloud team. You’ll work alongside respected industry professionals, learning about and applying leading practices to better manage cloud infrastructure, process and technology capabilities. You’ll gain insights into the design and operations of cloud programs and strategies in a variety of industries and learn how to design measurable, sustainable programs to keep up with the ever-changing cloud landscape.
This position falls within our Consulting team, which helps our clients enhance the effectiveness of operations functions by assisting them as they shift their emphasis from transaction-level control, processing and reporting to more value driven, decision support and analytics.
Establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently delivering quality client services. Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business
Demonstrating ability to continuously learn, incorporate and apply new knowledge in the work environment. Possessing good business acumen. Remaining current on new developments in Advisory services, capabilities and industry knowledge
Improving clients' efficiency and effectiveness through the design of their operations, processes, information technology and business functions
Executing procedures, performing detailed data analysis, reaching conclusions, documenting results, and suggesting ideas for efficiencies
Taking full responsibility for tasks, including consistent review of own work to identify and improve an approach for producing high-quality work products, while working under supervision
Knowledge and hands-on experience with key components of Cloud such as network & infrastructure security, access and identity management, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security governance, risk and compliance, security architecture, data protection and others is an asset
Understanding of cloud solution architecture of one of the leading platforms such as AWS (amazon web services), Azure, GCP (google cloud platform)
An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or engineering, and information systems, is an asset.
Certificate in one of the cloud platforms - AWS, GCP and/or Azure
Strong business writing skills
