What You’ll Do
- Contact customers/debtors to arrange payment and negotiate solutions
- Monitor accounts and track payment progress
- Resolve billing and collection issues professionally and efficiently
- Act as the first point of contact for basic inquiries
- Maintain accurate account notes and documentation
- Use online tools/skip tracing to locate customers with outdated contact information
- Update accounts with new information and next steps
- Achieve individual and team collection targets
What You Bring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Comfort using technology and online search tools
- Collections or call‑centre experience is an asset
