Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Controlling the flow of E-Commerce orders through our website, with a particular focus on Amazon.
- Daily communication with clients via telephone, email, and chat
- Ensure customer service issues are resolved by liaising with other departments and stores
- Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses
- Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skill
- Respond to pricing, billing, order status, late deliveries, and proof of delivery issues
- Ensure pricing, operating principles, and procedures are followed
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Ability to multitask/ organizational skills
- Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
- Maintain and update the online marketing plan by coordinating with the marketing team
- Inventory updates and label printing
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- E-commerce & customer support experience in a retail environment
- CMS skills and experience e.g. Woo commerce and Salesforce
- Digital content creation & management
- Familiar with data management
- Previous experience with a website or e-commerce CMS
- Extremely driven individual with proven success in motivating and building strong teams
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team environment
- Outgoing and fun personality
- A basic understanding of Google products such as Google Shop & Analytics would be desirable
- Fluent verbal and written English and French (Preferred) with spelling and typing accuracy
Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $61,000 per year
