Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Painting Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, managing client relationships, and ensuring competitive pricing for painting projects. Duties
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to develop comprehensive painting estimates.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and clarify project scope.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and validate estimate accuracy.
- Prepare and negotiate bids, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress and adjusting estimates as needed.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and resource planning.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to each project.

Pay: $56,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
