Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Cleaner to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients, ensuring their spaces are spotless, organized, and welcoming. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Basic English communication skills are an asset. Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields is highly valued. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold company standards
Skills
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential and commercial environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build positive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and safety procedure.
- Residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out and deep cleaning.
- Travel throughout the GTA.
- Must be reliable, punctual and detail-oriented.
- Valid SIN and legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle are an asset.
- Starting wage: $19/hour before deductions.
- Pay increases based on performance and reliability.
- Approximately 60–66 hours bi-weekly (hours may vary depending on client demand).
